<p>Good day i went to cresta to report my telephonw not working some guy named Wenzel Dorasamy assisted me with the phone till today its not working he changed our phone to wireless he told us his not sure about the system but he will do it we have gone to creata more than 3 times but we are not getting any help we even called at telkom some guy came to check the phone but didnt assist us its been a month and a week my granma not using the phone we have been told wait for 48 hours 24 hours no change its been more than 20 years using the phone we need help because now we cant keep on doing the same thing we have gone up and down with no help and my granma is tired now our number is *** the address is 15 b odendaal road meadowlands zone 5 we need to know the way forward because ur consultant are not helping us at all at cresta the last consultant was nicole and she told us we should wait until monday we went on the 28/05/2016 and the phone will be fine on the 30/05/2016 till today no call feedback nothing can u please assist us if its not to much to ask</p>
