Lame quote given

I bought a Huawei Nova 9a on contract at Telkom direct at greenstone mall on 27th April 22 on the 7th Sep the phone stopped charging i took it to the store for repairs i was given a quote on R2088 bcoz my screen was screened and they want to fix everything on the phone my question is how can a crack damage the charging port or make the battrey faulty because the phone was operating well with that crack and why am i not being given 2 quotes for both screen n charging prblm coz i never asked for my screen to be fixed im so not happy with how this issue is being handled
