Lakeside Drunk Agents

Telkom Lakeside Mall is hiring agents that are rude,drink at work and can't do their job. I as a Telkom employee went and purchased a router from a very drunk and rude man, probably the only male in the store . He was unhelpful and couldn't wait for us to leave the store. Eventually we did and 4 days later our router stopped working cause it was faulty. When we took it back to the store he screamed at us telling us that we damaged the router ( Lord knows how) and that we have a problem with him. If Liz Bornam or Smollan is hiring these drunks then I must say it is quite disturbing and disgusting to say the least. All we wanted was for the router to be booked in for repairs because we still within warranty.
