LACKS COMMUNICATION!!!!

I can't believe that Telkom is so busy that they can't answer any calls. I have been trying to get hold of several stores Centurion mall, Grove Mall, Menlyn, Mall@Reds even brooklyn mall to enquire about Iphone 13 availability but not one of the stores seem to ever hear their phones rigning.

Either the number doesn't exist or it simply just rings.

How is anyone suppose to do business and help clients if the phones are never answered.
