Lack of urgency & hiding behind a call centre

Does telkom mobile NOT want my money????!!!!!!<br> <br> For the last MONTH I've been (AND STILL) trying to upgrade my contract and NOTHING has been done. Tried Calling Sandton City, Rosebank, Forways Mall, Fourways Crossing branched and ALL the lines are ENGAGED! Every single time I call!!!! <br> <br> Call centre wasn't much help either. Anastasia (from the call centre) told me that my order was cancelled after I did my part (filled in forms, bank statements, payslips etc etc...) Now why would telkom mobile cancel an order and
