Lack of Trust

Offered a contract from Telkom Mobile, given 10 day cooling off period, after device arrived on day 5 tried to cancel contract, Telkom arranged for device to be collected by courier, collected the next day and returned. Still trying to cancel the contract 10 weeks later, now money is being deducted on different day as per the contract. I want a refund and i want the contract cancelled.
