Lack of training and poor service

What a worse service ever As for Telkom the big brand. The girl by the name of Nosipho at Telkom Rosbank she is so arrogant and i dont know whether telkom dont train their staff on product and customer service .

I ask for LTE data not Airtime the decency to tell me the process she assumed i know i got the 13:34 and after i ask her why she didnt tell me . She call Katleho who was very humble and willing to assist but couldn't help we waited for the manager and the girl keep on shouting still dont find and thing wrong about selling me airtime while ask for Data . The manager requested Katleho to load 50mb i told Katleho its useless because 50mb will be finished as i go out .To be honest im disappointed of such a big brand keep people who take their frustrations to customer and other ***orkers. That girl is bully and dont know how to apologize when made mistakes instead she's yelling.its not her fault that i dont your process.
