Lack of Support

I am using this thread to try to reach the necessary support from Telkom, as customer care/support from the mobile app is a dead end.

I have an issue with my voice mailbox. When calling 181 (contract) I get the error message, "Server error. Try again later." This has been ongoing since the beginning of the year. As a result, I am unable to retrieve any of my voice messages.
