LACK of support and service never worked

Sighned up for a 2 year internet deal with telkom through bluenet sytem does not work on the address like they promised logged a call was promised it will be addressed in 72 hours still nothing canceling the service as it never worked and lack off support now everybody is giving me the run around I never received a service I cancelled the product still getting msg that I am being billed at the end of the month Logged a call at consumer service as well seeing that I am not being assisted and cancelled within 7 days
