Lack of stock

<p>I am due for an upgrade with telkom and we decided what phone we wanted. We were advised that there is no stock of the LG G 5 anywhere in KZN and they are not sure as to when they will get stock. We drove the whole of Durban flat going to all the telkom stores we could find to be told there is no stock. So then we decided on another phone and were then also told there is no stock of that phone either. So i dont understand now how does a company as big as telkom advertise these devices and then when clients come for an upgrade you are then told that there is no stock. This is pathetic on telkoms behalf. I used half a tank of diesel just driving around. Also you cant call the stores because nobody picks up the phone. Perhaps moving to another service provider that has stock would be better. </p>
