Lack of speed on telkom LTE

My Telkom LTE speed is terrible. ATIO was here in January 2018 and they found nothing wrong on my side, even their router + poyting antennae gave terrible speed. Everytime I complain about the speed on Facebook Messenger the guys just keep telling me to reset my router or create a new profile or some other step and they keep stating that the problem is on my side. I installed a Poynting antennae in 2017 at my own cost to try to get better signal but still no change.
