Lack of service Telkom

<p>On 16 December 2016 my phone started ringing when answered there was a crackling on the line this continued all afternoon.</p> <p>This was reported and fault no 451 CTK16116 set to me.</p> <p>On 16 December l received a call from an Isaac to say technical team would come that afternoon. No one has come yet.</p> <p>This line is used for business and the lack of service prevents me earning an income</p> <p> </p> <p>Wendy Burton</p> <p> ********** </p>
