Lack Of Service. Technical is a no show
Hi There,
I have been having ADSL issues now for about 2 weeks. I have had no internet for 2 days. At the moment my 4Mb line is syncing at 2Mb and I can't even load a website with that. I log a fault and Telkom are meant to send out a Technician. The 1st technician arrives at my house (no appointment) and calls me using my house number. (DONT KNOW HOW HE DID THAT) Ok so now I get charged for that call which is absolutely *******. Now they make a 2nd appointment for Saturday 18/11/2017. They guy never even arrives. *** Telkom. Get your act together.
