Lack of service still no communication

<p>After all the waiting finally I get told that my WiFi will be installed on Tuesday 16 May between 7:30 and 1630. My husband takes a day off work so we don't miss the technician- and guess what still waiting. </p> <p>I tried phoning the George telkom store but you never get any answer from that store they might as well close the door.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is totally unacceptable to have such poor service delivery.</p> <p>I am at a loss of words and fail to understand how Telkom can treat clients in this fashion.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
