Lack of Service; served with Lies.

Telkom has promised to deliver a phone for the last two weeks, after numerous calls. This matter has actually been going on since last year, and prior to lockdown the store in Vangate assured us the landline would be delivered. I then again called them on 19 MAY AND was old they would deliver by 22 May latest as the phone was ordered the 14th MAY. bIG shock, still no delivery from them and yet there is already an outstanding amount for a service they have still not delivered!!!! ref***
