Lack of service from Telkom once again

Its been an absolutely pathetic and frustrating experience dealing with Telkom, this is my second post as Telkom provided no customer service during the process of the online contract. Firstly I waited 3 weeks for my device and now that I have my device I am still waiting for the 20 gigs that were promised with the contract. I have contacted Telkom numerous times but no one has ever called me back. Reference number: ***0 Appalling service for long-standing clients
