Lack of service from Telkom Credit Department

I have been waiting for almost 2 weeks for Telkom to send me a settlement letter for finance that i require! I have spoken to different agents and each time and they keep telling me that they are logging my dispute to their creditors. This kind of service has re-assured me why i will never go back to Telkom and also never advise anyone else to join them. Can someone please send me my settlement letter for my account asap as this letter is holding back my ability to proceed with finance! Thanks!
