Lack of Service from Telkom Call Center & Dispach

Absolutely fed up with the Telkom Call Center Service; here is why: <br> <br> 1. Logged a Fault on my line on the 4th February to this date its not been fixed<br> <br> 2. Their notes to dispatch are never up to date and often wrong. <br> <br> 3. Escalating faults in Telkom means absolutely nothing as your matter does not get attended to <br> <br> 4. The call center staff are toothless. They are the face of the technical division without even the basic power of calling dispatch to find out basic progress status. Only the manager has these capabilities and he/she not available half of the time. <br> <br> Again I am absolutely fed up with this blase attitude to attending to faults.
