Lack of service from Telkom

Service from Telkom is non-existent. I have phoned 8 different numbers, and even gone into a Telkom branch, but everyone just gives me a new number to contact. I am running out of data every month on my business line. At least the Telkom branch could tell me that it is not data usage related. But it is impossible to speak to anyone about why that is happening. Telkom, you are dropping the ball, and it is no wonder that you have lost so much market share!!!
