lack of service from telkom

my adsl as recently changed by a technition to vdsl while this was done he put it on 40mbs vdsl syncing perfectly getting 38 down 9.5 up . but the telkom call center is refusing to let me pay for 40mbs they straight up put it back to 20 when it was working fine on 40 mbs for close to 3 weeks can anyone help and the twitter account refuses to respond after lebo on twitter changed me back to 20
