Lack of service from Telkom

<p>I would like to lay a compliant against Telkom for lack of efficient service. I have been experiencing connectivity issues for close to two months now. Only one technician has come out to no avail. The issue never gets resolved. Due the current issue is also affecting the wifi which is off but it is still being paid. All I request is for Telkom to do the service which it provides.</p>
