Lack of service delivery

We have been without our telephone line since 18 December : 93CZN181217. We received an SMS advising the fault had been rectified. We immediately reported that this was not the case and received a fault number 223CZN281217. We are still waiting for this to be repaired despite phoning regularly and being advised that the fault "has been escalated"!!!
