Lack of service & communication
Previous ref no SM87643. Please Telkom can someone contact us regarding the transfer of our telephone line and ADSL. We gave notice at begin November 2014 and are still waiting. It would be appreciated If anyone can just please let us know how far the order is or if there is a problem. This forum was the last resort and if this doesn't get a reaction then I don't know where to next! The total lack of communication is quite irritating.
