Lack of service and urgency

You shouldn't even be getting a star. I bought R570 airtime on the 5th of May and I'm still waiting. I've been calling the call center ever since, no success because there's never an answer. What ****es me off even further is that it initially said my data is depleted (80/80g) which I had bought on the 27th. Which was not true because when I check my data now, it shows I have 39g day time and 60 night shift.

What the hell is going on. They post on Twitter daily but don't answer DMs, the whatsapp line and website contacts are useless as well.

I wonder how long it will take here
