Lack of service and Feedback

We had no internet or majority of October, after numerous phone calls I always told that the log was closed and the issue was sorted out but alas it was not. I decided to cancel my month to month with Telkom but no one will get back to me, I have completed the cancellation form, sent emails, called and no one is prepared to assist me. I will not be paying the monthly subscription for October as we had no Internet. My account needs to be cancelled asap.
