Lack of service and Disgusting Customer Experience

Sending a final demand letter. This is absolutely disgusting.

You are so quick to threaten legal action and final demand letters due to non payment, but no where are you apologising for you lack of service and lack of actually doing your JOB. It is absolutely BS that you have made numerous attempts to contact us. We, had to request a cancellation 6 times. It took you people more than 6 months to act on the cancellation request. And only after we stopped paying the account you actually started doing your JOB.

Your are pathetic in dealing with customers and useless at doing your job. The only way to get service out of you is to withhold payment. Come and remove your poor quality voice line by 01 May 2019, else I will remove it myself. Call me( ********** 253) and make an appointment to visit my home. DO NOT SHOW UP UNANNOUNCED.
