Lack of service and communication

I selected Telkom as my service provider for both data and my cell phone contract after making sure I had a good reception at both my business and home. For the last 3 weeks I have had very poor and inconsistent connection for my phone signal and data while at work. I have logged a complaint on 3 separate occasions and would done so more often if I had the time to sit in the phone . I get taken through the same process each time and when that fails yet again I get told someone would contact me to sort out the problem......still waiting!!!!!!!!!!!! I have a case number ( ********** 0), which makes no real difference as I have to still repeat myself everytime.
