Lack of Service

Telkom - Openserve , I have reported a Telkom cable hanging low in the back of my yard which is a potential risk to my kids playing in the back of the yard .I have followed up various times there is simply no urgency , no concrete support or feedback ,Every time I speak to some one I get a response we will follow up with the Technician this is very frustrating .Mara why Telkom what is going in your environment here is my reference *** .I need this risk sorted out ASAP please come and stabilize your cable hanging wall height low . Did I really have to come here to get your attention based on urgency ,seriously come one now.
