Lack of service

The reason for low rating: They didn't deliver that they offer with the installation with the fiber line and phone line. After that they miss inform us about another product and when we cancelled this product they accidently cancelled our email address. Even after admitting their mistake they are still making excuses for not rectifying it and all our affords are in vain. After countless phone calls my email address is still not reinstated. There is no possibility to talk to a manager that we can and there is no place to lodge a complaint at all.
