lack of service

<p>my dads phone line ********** 838 has been out of order a while now. My dad is elderly would not know how to report the matter, so i am trying to assist him to get his phone line fixed. its has been weeks on end no technican has come out to date 17/07/2017. Has our faith in our only telecommunication service in south africa become like politicans they only fix when they want and not care about people who rightfully pay for a service to be used.Highly upset as i know im not the one to face these nonsense stories of offline computer problem ****** cable i want to see their new excuse cover up</p>
