Lack Of Service!!!
<p>My parents phone has been out of order for over 2 weeks after been reported to Telkom technical Centre (***) - Can someone tell us what to do next as we've been given a run around and now reached dead end.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can someone competent look into this as dealing with your call centre is sheer waste of time</p>
It is very interesting to note that Telkom was quick to respond on this post (saving face) and a stunt as if they care - nothing ever occured after thir post and trust me (just like many people who have service issues with Telkom) this matter is going to remain unresoklved for many moons to come
Pathetic service, I don't want respionses / All that needs to happen is to fix the ****** problem
