lack of service
landline was reported faulty/ down Date reported: 2018-07-07 09:18 to date no one has come to check it out when we call we get told the same thing
We are aware that your line is currently down and we are working hard to get this up and running shortly.
its ridiculous to have to wait so long and its unacceptable
