Lack of service

I have been calling the Telkom customer service since Monday the 11 of January reporting a fault line which is an office number since today the 15th of January no technician has come to see what is the problem and how it can be fixed. The business is on a stand still since I can't make calls or received calls even the fax line is not working. Yesterday I called the head office wanting to lay a complain they a lady I spoke to said I must do it online her name was Mbali when I asked her to check if someone has be appointed to come and fixed the phone she put me onhold and then drop the phone without giving me any help.
