Lack of response to 4 requests to Telkom

I recently won a spa voucher through Telkom’s Monate bundles and when I tried to claim the voucher it didn’t work, I’ve sent 2 emails and 2 online requests to Telkom but have had no feedback. I’m very happy to have won a voucher but very disappointed that no one has responded to any of my requests. Please can someone contact me regarding this. Regards, Rose ***
