Lack of response

Dear Telkom,

Your service has been absolutely ridiculous. I app**** for a fiber line a year ago and after following up weekly I still do not have a line installed. You have delivered a router to me which I have no use for and when I tried to return it and cancel the application I got no joy. You were fast to take my money but yet you can not deliver a service.

Please can you just take this router back and refund me. I have tried going into a branch, calling your help line and now I have resorted to this.

Come on, you can do better than this!
