Lack of respect to clients with poor business ethics

It’s been months trying to figure out why I get billed more . Made several calls to helpline with no fruitful resolution. Only to find out on my own that the sales consultant messed up my contract and chose a wrong bill from day one . Sent an email to raise my dilemma yet no respond . I have all powers to block their debit order since I don’t get help but I haven’t since I am expecting some respect least to acknowledge what went wrong and reimburse me period
