Lack of outlets

I have been a loyal customer for telkom and now I have lost my phone therefore I need to make a sim swap to continue with my existing number.I called telkom line on 081180 and the consultant who was very proffessional and friendly told me that I have to go to a telkom outlet to make a sim swap.My challenge is that I'm situated in a town(Ficksburg) where we don't have a telkom outlet and he told me I will have to go Goldfields mall in Welkom which is about 198 kilos just to go and make a sim swap.I will have to spend R400.I'm very disappointed in Telkom as there is no other oitlets that they can refer me to to make a sim swap.I would rather switch to other mobile networks if I have to struggle and spend so much to make a simple sim swap.I really hopeTelkom can do something about this.
