Lack of knowledge of their own systems

Lockdown promo is an utter shame. They tell you you will pay 299.00 a month for the first 6 months and then only thereafter it will become 599.00, but then they bill you for the entire amount from the beginning. Billing department is really ***********. They can't even do their job by fixing their mistakes, you have to do it for them.

I even went back to the store a couple of times and they log a call but nothing ever happens. It is not like the guys from this particular store is helpful.
