Lack of Feedback / Response

Good Day <br> <br> Today i'm feeling so frustrated due to the slowness and lack of feedback or response from Telkom Mitchells Plain branch Located in Liberty Promenade Mall. <br> <br> I'am a Telkom Client which has two phone contacts and a ADSL Line with them and i pay my accounts flawlessly. I then decided to apply for a new laptop last week Wednesday date : 03 February 2016 and the consultant at the Telkom mobile desk helped me complete my application form. <br> <br> He clearly told me it will take up to 48 to 72 hours to have a final outcome. With that i decided to wait till the following Monday to have a outcome but nothing has been sent to me as yet. A gentleman then helped me and said he'll send Credit a email and he'll get back to me the same day before close of business day which was Monday 8 Feb 2016 and up till today i'm still waiting for him to get back to me. <br> <br> Today 10 Feb 2016, i went back to the store to find out the hold up and the telkom mobile consultant spilled me the same story, he took down my number and he said he'll get back to ,me before close of business day and yet still nothing. <br> <br> I tried calling the branch to follow up but nobody ever anwsers, they rather ignore all calls
