Lack of feedback - Deals Changed - Clients Disadvantaged

<p>I am Telkom Mobile client with several contracts and yesterday I enquired on the website for a call-back pertaining one of their deals. I did not receive the call-back, as I was determined to take up two of the deals - one as a new contract and the other as an upgrade to my current contract, and the deals were removed from the website this morning. This has now changed my entire planning especially since I requested feedback on an active deal that I saw yesterday. Where does this leave me?</p>
