Lack of customer service

I completely understand that you are working with short staff but seriously, I sat on the phone waiting for over 30mins and the call got cut, I called again and waited over 20mins and called got cut AGAIN. I called one last time and waited over 40mins just for it to be cut AGAIN!! This is pathetic. I’ve sent you an email to call me, I’ve sent you a Facebook messenger to call me, I’ve tried calling you, WHAT MORE CAN I DO FOR SOMEONE TO CALL ME REGARDING AN UPGRADE!!?? I’m seriously considering changing my network providers!!!
