Lack Of Customer Service

I had a contract with Telkom. Went through an unemployment phase. Telkom put me on ITC. Eventually I paid out the contract but now Telkom is refusing to send me my payment letter. When you call in you wait 50minutes for your call only to hanged up. Spent approximately R1000 this month tryna reach Telkom. The service is terrible.
