Lack of customer information projection, Horrible service and false advertising!!!!

So since my last review on the 22 July, still no a word from Telkom and yet my account is still being debited. Every time i call in they tell me some one is looking at my case but they dont know who the person is..amazing how they have access to my information but cant tell who is attending to my case... just this morning i was told the status of my case is "attended to" and this was on the 21st of August for a case that was logged end of June beginning of July with a 72 hour turn around time i dont get it. Telkom resolve case #***2 and stop over *****ing my money
