Lack of consitency

I wanted to buy a data bundle contract (R99) from Telkom after seeing an advert. I completed an online form and after some few weeks I received a call from their agent. She nice advised me on another package R139) which I became so interested in. I then asked about the network coverage for the area that I am currently staying at and gave her the name of the place. Unfortunately she could not find it at that moment and promised to return back to me I also promise that I was going to check on my computer the coverage in my area. The agent went for god and never returned my call. Recently (3 days) ago I received a call from another lady and I told her that I was called before but the agent never came back o me. I gave her the address as it appeared on the online check but apparently it was not appearing on her side. She also promised to come back to me but she has never did. Can Telkom indicate if they are going to offer me their service or not. I'm staying in a farm at Sevontein Correctional Centre. The address that appeared when I was doing my own network coverage was 5\1313 SEVONTEIN (D1124) RDSEVONTEIN 2058m
