Lack of consistency .

I app**** for fiber residential acouple of weeks ago , was approved and had to to pay for a deposit.I travelled to Hong Kong where i was stuck due to protests there.I emailed to highlight my problems .A week later i made a follow up to my suprise no email was received they claim then i app**** again.im still waiting for an sms as im approved again.Several calls again im still waiting for confirmation.
