Lack of compliance with Consumer Protection Act

Telkom offered me a prepaid waya-waya telephone account more than 10 yrs ago. 4 months ago Telkom suspended my line. For the past 4 months I have followed up with telkom on this matter. Prior to my interaction with Tabiso Mohlahlo who has been inconsistent and inefficient I was informed at customer service that that my line was not supposed to be suspended and it would be restored. Another consultant told me I had no option except to apply for a normal line which I refused on offer previously. Was suspending my line perhaps a reason to put me on normal line to make money? This is *********! I'm a victim of telkom's unevaluated sytem over years, with no notification system in terms of amount to be paid or date. They do not notify or account to customers with increase. Tabiso Mohlahlo offered a free-line service which also has not been researched enough to accomodate clients who use telkom lines for fax. The last time Tabiso got back to me was when I followed up on him about 3 wks ago. I reverted to him in response to his missed call on 19/11/15 with an email, he never responded. Customer service and *** is constantly engaged. Telkom must be called to account.
