Lack of communication

<p>It's 4 days now and I have received no feedback from telkom...the call centre agents are useless because they can never help and each one always tells you a different story ..I fail to understand how no one at telkom can provide me with any answers..apologies are not accepted at this stage...this has gone too far..I'm extremely upset at poor quality service that I'm receiving..telkom you are pathetic and you do not deserve my business..especially when you act as if you don't need it..I've always encouraged family and friends to use telkom but I was wrong about doing so because telkom doesn't care about their customers </p>
