Lack of assistance @TelkomZa

Extremely disappointed with @TelkomZA. My monthly payments keep increasing, yet I haven't received a single statement to justify the costs. Your customer service is a loop of broken links and unhelpful branches. I need someone to contact me urgently to resolve my billing issues and provide the statements I’m entitled to.
