Lack of any service

<p>Ive been trying to follow up where or what is happening with my ADSL and landline order. The website is useless. When placing the order you don't even receive a reference number or confirmation. I tried phoning the call centre to find out more info and what a joke. Transferred 5 times! And was on hold for more than half an hour. You would think with all the money they make they would invest a bit more in customer service.</p>
