Lack of 3G/4G Signal

Telkom Mobile network is getting worse by the day, everyday especially in the evening I have to buy data from other service providers because Telkom Mobile does not have 3g and 4G signal. I thought it's only me but a lot of people are complaining about the same thing. After this contract I am done with Telkom.
